Unless otherwise stipulated in the contract, if the arbitrator has decided that one of the parties has to pay an amount to the other party, the interest determined by the arbitrator shall also be paid, considering the nature of the business related to the dispute, not exceeding the interest rate immediately adopted by the commercial bank. However, no interest shall be charged for the period from the date of the arbitrator's decision to the time period for the execution of the decision according to this Act.
